Can I hide participant email addresses?
Yes. In draw settings, enable "Hide participant emails". Participants will see nicknames instead of email addresses.
How many participants are required to run a draw?
You need at least 3 participants to run a Secret Santa draw.
Can I set a maximum gift budget?
Yes. The draw creator can set a maximum budget in euros in draw settings.
Can I set both draw date and exchange date?
Yes. Both dates are optional and can be configured in draw settings.
How do people join a draw?
Each draw has a shareable invite link. Participants join from that link and confirm with their email.
Can I restart an old draw?
Yes. A completed or cancelled draw can be restarted. You can also enable the option to avoid previous pairings.
What are wishlist and delivery address used for?
They are only used to help your Secret Santa during the current event. All fields are optional.
What happens to wishlists, addresses and messages after the event?
When a draw is completed or cancelled, wishlists, addresses and message history linked to that draw are deleted.
Do you use advertising cookies?
No. Lutincognito does not use advertising cookies. Analytics are measured with Umami in cookie-free mode.
